A seasoned trainer, entrepreneur, and holistic wellness practitioner, she has empowered thousands through her expertise in cosmetology, beauty therapy, fashion jewelry, tailoring, jute crafts, and skill-development training. With experience training for reputed institutions such as Bharathidasan University, JSS, IOB–RSETI, and NRLM projects, as well as leading NGOs, she has played a significant role in uplifting women and rural communities.
As the founder of Lara’s Natural and Jass Food Products, she brings together her passion for natural skincare, handmade cosmetics, and premium homemade chocolates. She also practices Acupuncture and Aromatherapy, offering holistic healing services.
